Ensuring a Smooth and Fair Relationship: A Guide to Our Service Agreement Terms and Conditions
TLDR;
The terms and conditions for Hashtag Telecoms' communication services outline the rights and responsibilities of both the company and the customer. The services include virtual numbers, connection, usage, installation, activation, and other charges as outlined in pricing and rates. The customer must pay all charges and use the services in accordance with the terms and any instructions provided by Hashtag Telecoms. The customer is also responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account information and must not use the services for any illegal or improper purposes. Hashtag Telecoms is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the services, except as required by law.
The customer must not use any intellectual property belonging to Hashtag Telecoms without written permission and must not use the services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Any complaints should be made in writing to Hashtag Telecoms and, if not resolved to the customer's satisfaction, may be referred to the appropriate regulator. Hashtag Telecoms reserves the right to change the terms at any time and the customer may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under the Service Agreement without the prior written consent of Hashtag Telecoms. The Service Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising under or in connection with the Service Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of the terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The terms and the Service Agreement constitute the entire agreement between Hashtag Telecoms and the customer and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
1. Definitions and Interpretations
Definitions:
"Services": communication services provided by Hashtag Telecoms, including virtual numbers, connection, usage, installation, activation, engineer's fees, disconnection/reconnection, cancellation, and other charges as outlined in pricing and rates.
"Customer": person or company purchasing services from Hashtag Telecoms.
"Contract": agreement for the supply of services between Hashtag Telecoms and the customer, subject to these terms.
"Order Confirmation": acceptance of the supply of products and services from Hashtag Telecoms.
"Minimum Spend": minimum amount agreed upon by the customer to pay Hashtag Telecoms for a service within a certain period, regardless of actual usage.
"Minimum Term": minimum initial period of service for each service, as outlined in the Order Confirmation.
"Network": electronic communication systems used by or procured by Hashtag Telecoms to provide the service.
"Premium Rate Service": phone services providing information, advice, entertainment, or other services defined by the Phone-paid Services Authority as Premium Rate.
"Calling Plan": method of charging for use of the service, as outlined in the Order Confirmation.
"Access Code": code required to access Premium Rate Services.
"Regulator": Office of Communications and Phone-paid Services Authority.
Service Agreement:
The Order Confirmation and these terms make up the Service Agreement.
The Service Agreement begins on the date of the Order Confirmation and is a 30-day rolling contract.
The Minimum Spend and Minimum Term apply to each service.
Service Charges:
Charges for the services will be outlined in the Order Confirmation and may vary based on usage and Calling Plan.
Premium Rate Services may require an access code and have different charges.
Payment:
The customer must pay all charges associated with the service, including any applicable taxes.
Payment for the services must be made in advance. If the customer fails to make payment, Hashtag Telecoms reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services.
Use of Services:
The customer must use the services in accordance with these terms and any instructions provided by Hashtag Telecoms.
The customer must not use the services for any illegal or improper purposes.
We only offer 30-day rolling contracts
Newly acquired business numbers from Hashtag Telecoms cannot be ported away for a minimum of 12 months
Governing Law:
These terms and the Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Service Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability:
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement:
These terms and the Service Agreement constitute the entire agreement between Hashtag Telecoms and the customer and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
